»Siteminder Security System Administrator

The Siteminder Security System Administrator provides support for both the Enterprise IT Security/Compliance and the FMS Web Development team. From the Security/Compliance side, this role will support user and security administration using Siteminder software for the identity and access management functionality including audit reporting of user access. From the FMS Web Development side, this role will support future Ryder application integration and development of the Single Sign-On and Authentication Services. This position will be fully dedicated to support our CA Siteminder application, and will report directly to the Manager of Enterprise IT Security and Compliance.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
  • Experience with Siteminder products, Solaris, SAML 1.x and LDAP
  • Possess extensive experience in architecting and deploying identity management solutions using Computer Associates (CA) Identity Management Suite
  • Display extensive experience utilizing the capabilities of the IDM technology framework to support the identity lifecycle across all IT environments; centralizing and automating users identity life cycle creation, modification and deletion,  and ensure that only authorized users have access to critical IT resources
  • Display extensive experience implementing workflows and automating processes within the Identity Manager suite of products as well as integrating IDM CA Admin tool sets by developing necessary new connectors or changing existing connectors to ensure a smooth integration of the new architecture with existing infrastructure
  • Install and configure SiteMinder policy server and agents (R12)
  • Experience with Federation and configuration of FSS within SiteMinder
  • Troubleshoot problems with the SiteMinder software in Development, Test and Production environments
  • Consult with applications development groups, Operations group, Production operations on the use of SiteMinder
  • Work with applications representatives to establish SiteMinder protection requirements
  • Work with applications representatives to establish SiteMinder and Application Integration
  • Design, develop, test and deploy SiteMinder enhancements into the test and production environments
  • Troubleshoot SiteMinder related issues in test and production environments

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and lead the development and integration of Single Sign on and Authentication Services utilizing CA Siteminder software into a diverse set of web applications
  • Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards
  • Responsible for infrastructure upgrades
  • May provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
  • Provide second level support for production problems related to Siteminder, LDAP, application problems, systems errors and other support related issues
  •  Assist with production application migration/integration
  •  Assist in resolution of audit related issues
  • Research and track new web technologies, develop service applications, and analyze business requirements as they pertain to web-based systems

»Bank Examiner – Information Technology (Multiple Levels)

Performs risk-focused Information Technology risk assessments and examinations including assessments of IT strategy and execution, and evaluations of IT management and controls in financial institutions and technology service providers.   Elements of these risk assessments and examinations include the analysis and evaluation of operational and technology risk management, systems of internal controls, the quality of the internal and external audit functions, the technology development and acquisition processes, and the technology support and delivery capabilities.  Also provides support, technical expertise, and training for the domestic safety and soundness examination teams and foreign banking organization examination teams. This work is conducted within the overall risk based supervisory framework of these domestic and international institutions.  

*JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Financial Institution IT examination, IT audit, or bank operations experience required.  Audit management, bank operations management a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must be a team player, a self-starter, and innovative.
  • Must have ability to plan, organize, manage multiple assignments, and adhere to established time frames.
  • Strong critical thinking and analysis skills required.
  • CPT, CBA, CISA, CISSP, or CIA designation a plus.
  • Position level will be based on the nature and length of prior work experience.

Access to Confidential Supervisory Information:  Due to the Supervision & Regulation Division’s access to confidential supervisory information concerning financial institutions, employees in this position will be required to disclose and address conflicts of interest within the financial industry.  Examples include stock ownership and indebtedness.

A writing sample is required.

Education:

College degree is required

Experience:

A minimum of five years of relevant experience is required for Examiner and Sr. Examiner positions.  Experience in the financial services industry, banking regulatory environment, commercial banking, or major audit firm is a plus.

Relocation:

Relocation may be considered.
